Christmas is a time of giving and sharing and, so having friends and family over to share a table which is laden with rich, lavish food and festive drinks is part of what we perceive Christmas is all about. Although all good cooks enjoy the preparation and planning that goes hand-in-hand with this time of year, they also know the benefit of forward planning so that they too can enjoy the festivities and not spend all their time in the kitchen. Here we have a selection of recipes from around the globe which we hope will help you to prepare for Christmas and that you, and all your family and friends will enjoy too.
