12 oz Cooked Trout
6 oz Mayonnaise
Juice of one Lemon
Pinch of Nutmeg
6 oz Cream Cheese
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tablespoons Horseradish
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend.
Serve chilled with fingers of toast or chunks of crusty bread.
