Traditional Greek Tzatziki


  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 ml greek yoghurt
  • 3 tblsp fresh mint, chopped
  •  Salt and pepper
  • fresh mint for garnish


Trim the ends from the cucumber and dice finely. Chop the garlic clove finely.

Place the yoghurt in a serving bowl and stir in the cucumber, garlic and mint.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.

Serve chilled with toasted pitta bread.
