- 1 small cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 ml greek yoghurt
- 3 tblsp fresh mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- fresh mint for garnish
Trim the ends from the cucumber and dice finely. Chop the garlic clove finely.
Place the yoghurt in a serving bowl and stir in the cucumber, garlic and mint.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Serve chilled with toasted pitta bread.
