4 tablespoons medium oatmeal
1/2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons hot water
Make in small quantities to prevent the mixture from drying out.Heat the oil in the water and sprinkle the oatmeal on to it then knead well. Dust a wooden board with oatmeal and roll out the dough thinly to about 10 inches in diameter if possible. Bake for about 5-10 mins on a moderately hot bakestone,one side only.
