The brand new enclosure, which boasts no barriers between visitors and our family of Lemurs, will introduce groups to sights and sounds of lemur life in Madagascar. Find out how our Lemurs use their tails for communication, balancing and stink fighting, watch them sunbathing and learn more about the plight of these incredible animals in the wild.
View animals in a different light at Rainforest Life (London’s only living rainforest), and go on a journey high into the treetops to meet a variety of amazing rainforest species. Then head down below to meet the creatures who only come out in the dark in the amazing nocturnal experience, Night Life.
Visitors can enjoy other interactive experiences throughout the zoo, including Animal Adventure – an immersive animal experience, designed for children, by children. They can head down to the beach and watch London’s largest colony of Humboldt Penguins dive, swim, frolic and feed, meet the Monkeys in their natural habitat – with no boundaries between animals and visitors in a walk through enclosure, step Into Africa and observe the elegance and grace of the giraffes from the viewing platform and move through lush forested pathways when Gorilla Kingdom brings the African rainforest to the heart of London. .

The nearest London Underground station is Camden Town on the Northern Line. Baker Street and Regent’s Park lie about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) across Regent’s Park. The Zoo is served by the 274 bus route.
A regular waterbus service operates along the Regent’s Canal from the zoo. Boats depart every hour during the summer months (with a reduced winter service), heading westwards to Little Venice or eastwards towards Camden Lock.
