8 ounces grated Emmental cheese
1 clove garlic
1 (12-oz) can beer or white wine
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Crusty bread, cubed, for serving
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the garlic clove and then discard Combine all the remaining ingredients except bread in a fondue pot; heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with diced Crusty bread and glasses of crisp white wine.
