- 250 g Oats
- 350 ml Milk
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 75 g chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 apples cored and grated
- 1 apple cored and sliced
In a large bowl place the oats, raisins,almonds, hazelnuts, sugar and milk, mix well. Add the grated apples and stir again. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning taste and add more sugar if needed or a little more milk if it is too dry. Place in serving bowls and garnish with slices of apples.
This recipe can be added to according to your preferences, such as walnuts or fresh berries stirred into the mixture before serving.
