- 50 gr chopped almonds
6-7 tbsp sugar
50 gr plain flour
200 ml milk
100 ml double cream
500 g cottage cheese or curd cheese
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
If you are using whole almonds, chop them roughly, otherwise just use slivered almonds
Whisk the eggs and sugar together and then add in the sifted flour, milk, cream, cottage cheese and almonds.
Stir to combine and then pour into an oven proof dish , or a spring form baking tin.
Bake for 1 hour and then serve lukewarm with whipped cream and cloudberry jam, or any berries of your choosing.
