Banana Muffins – Recipes from New Zealand

Ingredients:

Makes 1 dozen

  • 4-5 Over-ripe mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 cups (200 g) flour

Instructions:

  • Combine all and put heaped spoonfuls into muffin tins.
    Bake at 350 F (200 C) for 10-15 minutes, until muffins begin to brown on top.
  • Serve warm with butter.
