Cetara – Cetara, sitting at the foot of the slopes of Mount Falesio, is a small picturesque fishing port on the Amalfi coast which is famous for its fresh fish especially the Colatura di Alici or Anchovy soup, Tuna is still caught using traditional nets and is mainly exported to Japan for use in Sushi dishes. Cetara has not succumbed to becoming a modern tourist resort and is the perfect place to step back in time and experience a more relaxed way of life. Spend evenings relaxing at a harbour restaurant or one of the cafes in the town squares.
