Ingredients (4 people)
2 garlic cloves
60 g of butter
250 g of rice
600 ml of water
1 small can of red beans
Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely. Fry lightly until the onion is golden brown.
Add the rice, well washed and drained, keep stirring until the rice becomes translucent.
Pour in the boiling water and season with salt. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the beans in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Add the beans to the rice, stir with a large fork and cook for another 5 minutes.
