10 large (Approx. 400 g) raw Prawns
2 tablesp. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Remove the black digestive tract which runs along the back of the prawns with a sharp knife. Rinse well under running water. Pat dry with kitchen towel. In a large heavy-based frying pan heat melt the butter, sprinkle in the sea salt, add the garlic and the prawns and fry over a high heat for about 4 minutes, stirring all the time. The prawns should now be nice and pink. Serve with the lemon wedges and a crisp salad.
